What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial Massage is about correcting muscular imbalances that can cause pain or restrictions within your body.  Poor posture whether it be sitting or standing, inactivity, skeletal conditions such as scoliosis and injuries are all contributing factors of pain.  Of course, there are many other conditions that can cause pain as well.

Pain can be acute (short term) or chronic (pain that has lasted longer than 6 months).

Private health insurance rebates with most, if not all Private Health Funds are available for Remedial Massage treatments. Health refund claims can be made on the spot with most health funds, via HICAPS. If your health fund is not registered with HICAPS for Remedial Massage treatments, then you can claim your refund directly with your fund with your official receipt.
